Retail Orders

Dubai

  • Free standard delivery on retail orders over AED 500

  • AED 20 delivery fee for retail orders under AED 500

United Arab Emirates

Shipping rates for deliveries outside Dubai are calculated during checkout or based on your delivery location.

International Orders

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

Where available, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. If shipping cannot be calculated automatically, our team will contact you with a shipping quotation before dispatch.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may be charged by their country's customs authorities.

Private Label & B2B Orders

Due to the size and nature of wholesale shipments, different shipping rates apply to private label and business orders.

  • Dubai deliveries: AED 150

  • UAE deliveries outside Dubai: Quoted based on order size and destination.

  • International deliveries: Shipping is quoted individually according to the destination, shipment dimensions and total weight.

Our team will always confirm shipping costs before production is completed and dispatch is arranged.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Dubai: Typically 1–2 business days

  • Rest of the UAE: Typically 2–4 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions or courier delays that are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

The Candle Company cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
