The Candle Company’s journey began with its founder, Jacklyn’s personal struggle with asthma and allergies, ignited by a realisation that mainstream candles triggered the condition. Research revealed the alarming truth about candle ingredients and their adverse effects on health and the environment. Driven by a passion for wellness and armed with a newfound understanding, Jacklyn embarked on a mission to create non-toxic, vegan candles infused with positive energy.
Initially experimenting with ingredients at home, she crafted candles tailored to her health needs, incorporating high-quality materials and crystals. What started as a passion project and personal wellness endeavour blossomed into her first company - Inner Alchemist.
The journey took an unexpected turn when renowned brands like Christian Louboutin sought bespoke crystal-infused candles, propelling Inner Alchemist into the world of customisation and collaboration. From this organic evolution emerged The Candle Company, a sister venture born out of the growing demand for personalised candles and experiences.
Establishing itself as the go-to provider of luxury candles for luxury brands, The Candle Company grew it’s collaboration portfolio with more prestigious names such as Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Piaget, Tiffany & Co and Harvey Nichols.
